PhishMare provides automated security indicators, not a guarantee that a site, email or file is safe. Detection can produce false positives and false negatives. You remain responsible for browsing and security decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use PhishMare to probe private networks, evade controls, overload the service, analyze content without authority, or facilitate malicious activity. We may limit abusive access.

Service and intellectual property

The service may change, experience downtime, or discontinue features. PhishMare software, branding and detection content remain their owner’s property.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, PhishMare is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete detection. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
